JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a case officer at the Social Services, Hammarö municipality, you work from a holistic perspective with the user in focus. The work involves investigating, assessing, and making decisions about and following up on interventions according to the Social Services Act and LSS.

In daily work, this means individual meetings, collaboration with internal and external actors, relatives, and documentation. We investigate according to the IBIC model, Individual's Needs in Center. You work independently but also in close collaboration with colleagues and other professions and operations. You have close support from case supervisors and colleagues in your daily work.

On-call duty at home during holidays is also included in the position. The occasions for the year are distributed among all case officers.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a degree in social work or social care. We want you to have good knowledge of applicable legislation, and it is an advantage if you have experience in authority exercise or with the target group.

You have good communicative skills and a professional approach that is shown in a good reception.

The work requires you to have good computer skills, be able to work independently and in a structured manner, and have an easy time collaborating. You should have personal commitment and a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. You have a B driver's license.

Temporary position from January 2026 to August 2026.
