We are now looking for a meticulous and responsible Business Authorisation Administrator for SAP to join an international team within finance and systems support. This assignment is suitable for you who thrive in the intersection between IT and business, have a good understanding of access management, and want to contribute to secure and efficient financial processes in a larger corporate environment.
Your roleAs a Business Authorisation Administrator, you will work in a cross-functional and international team to ensure correct system access and compliance with internal guidelines and regulations. You will be an important point of contact between the business, IT, vendors, and other support functions. The role involves both operational management of access and participation in development initiatives and improvement projects.
Your responsibilitiesIn this role, you will among other things:
Work with access and authorisation administration in SAP and related systems.
Handle cases regarding access requests, troubleshooting, and access issues in IAM systems, SAP ERP (Classic and S/4), SRM, etc.
Be the interface/SPOC towards business areas, IT, vendors, and other internal functions.
Support work around audits, risk management, and compliance, including monitoring SoD risks and critical accesses.
Contribute to changes affecting the organization’s structure, such as the establishment or dissolution of companies.
Participate in development projects and independently drive smaller assignments.
Work towards harmonized and standardized access processes and contribute to automation and efficiency.
Participate in requirements gathering, troubleshooting, development, testing, and documentation of new and existing access solutions.
Ensure that deliveries are made with high quality, on time, and according to common guidelines.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
Completed Swedish upper secondary education.
2–4 years of experience working with SAP.
Experience in access administration/authorisation work and identity management systems.
Experience with ERP systems and understanding of financial processes.
Experience in process and improvement work or project work.
Ability to take ownership, work independently, and be solution-oriented and proactive.
Ability to work in larger and complex organizations with many interfaces.
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you also have:
Knowledge of SoD (Segregation of Duties) and risk management.
Experience with access concepts in SAP S/4HANA.
Experience working in international organizations.
Experience documenting processes and requirements.
Experience in automating or improving administrative flows.
The assignment can be performed hybrid or on-site depending on the client's wishes. The candidate needs to be residing in Sweden.
Timeline and scopeStart: January 19, 2026
Scope: 100% (40 hours/week)
End date: June 21, 2026
