Your Role

As a Regional Project Coordinator, you will be a key person in our project delivery. You will lead and coordinate projects at several of our client sites in Sweden (excluding Stockholm) - from small office adaptations to complex renovations. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure that each project is a success.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive projects from start to finish
• Manage procurement and supplier contacts
• Act as the client's advisor and build long-term relationships
• Ensure financial tracking and reporting
• Support local teams as needed

Who Are You?

You have experience in project management and preferably a technical background. You are structured, communicative, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Knowledge in Facility Management, construction projects, or similar is a plus.

We Prefer That You Have:

• Experience in project management and procurement
• Familiarity with BAS-P/BAS-U and standard agreements (AB04, ABK09, ABT06)
• Ability to read drawings (Bluebeam)
• Good financial understanding
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office
