HR Business Partner

We lead aviation - in step with the times, in all situations. LFV has approximately 1300 employees and is Sweden's leading player in air traffic control for civil and military aviation with related services. We offer air traffic control and related services both nationally and internationally. Our air traffic controllers manage around 2,000 aircraft daily in Swedish airspace. LFV was the first in the world to implement remote air traffic control, and we are driving digitalization in several areas. In the role of HR Business Partner at LFV, you will be a central part of the HR team and an important partner to the organization's managers. You will contribute both strategically and operationally with advice and support across the entire HR area, with a particular focus on driving change initiatives and creating value for both managers and employees. You will have independent responsibility for HR work within a specific part of the organization and be an active member of its management team. Your mission includes coaching and guiding managers throughout the employee journey - from recruitment and skills development to terms of employment and termination.

Location: Norrköping, Stockholm, or Malmö

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with an academic degree in HR or other education and experience deemed equivalent. You have several years of experience in qualified and operational HR work in areas such as occupational health, labor law, and talent management. You have previously worked closely with the business, preferably as a member of a management team, and have thus gained a good understanding of both business and organizational development. Experience in change management and leadership is part of your background, as well as familiarity with collaboration with trade unions. You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

It is advantageous if you have held a leadership position and have experience from both private and public sectors.

This role suits you if you enjoy working both strategically and operationally, and appreciate switching between a holistic perspective and details. You have a high level of initiative, an analytical mindset, and a proactive working style that enables you to take responsibility and drive issues forward. At the same time, you have good collaboration skills and build trusting relationships through your attentive and professional manner. Your strong integrity allows you to stand by your positions even in complex situations.

Before employment, LFV conducts a security review that includes a background check, security interview, and drug test. This position requires Swedish citizenship.
