You will be the customer's face to the outside and welcome visitors.

Your background should be in reception as this will constitute your workday. It is important that you are unpretentious, open, and curious, and see it as a natural task to create a good atmosphere in the workplace.

Your main tasks will consist of:

• Welcoming and registering visitors.
• Handling inquiries by phone, in person, and via email.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Express yourself well in Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Good knowledge of the Office package with a focus on Excel and Word.

Personal qualities:

• You should be social and enjoy being a connection point for employees.
• You should have a genuine interest in the overall solution regarding service/meetings.
• You should find it rewarding to solve daily problems independently and constantly want to make each day better for employees and external guests.

Employment form and working hours:

The position is a permanent employment. Working hours are daytime on weekdays. The position is 50% with the possibility of extension.
