We are now looking for a receptionist for our headquarters in Linköping who can help contribute to this success by continuing to maintain and strengthen that culture.

As a receptionist with us, you will, in many respects, be the face of the company and the first point of contact for inquiries and matters from both internal and external parties. The office in Linköping acts as a hub for an organization with offices in 14 countries and customers in over 60 countries. Therefore, the variation is great, and the points of contact are many and of an international nature, creating an intense and dynamic work environment. Against this background, it is of utmost importance to feel secure in the expectations of service, quality, and flexibility that the role and organization require.

Your role will largely involve:

  • Managing the reception's switchboard
  • Welcoming and registering visitors
  • General service to internal and external parties
  • Contact with property owners, construction companies, and other suppliers of maintenance and service
  • Basic financial administration and mail handling
  • Responsibility for the office's common areas and conference rooms
  • General ownership of the office's well-being

For this position, we also have the following requirements:

  • Completed high school education
  • Experience in service-oriented, customer-focused, or people-centric roles
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Driver's license (B)

We also consider the following as strong merits:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of additional languages beyond those mentioned above
