Development Leader in Healthcare

We are looking for a development leader who wants to help shape the future of healthcare.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the operations and contribute to our efforts to provide the best care and health through development and change initiatives.

The operational area of business development consists of approximately 80 employees, focusing on maintaining, enhancing, and supplying the healthcare sector's development capacity from an operational perspective. The operational area is divided into two units: the Unit for Improvement and Innovation and the Unit for Health and Care Development.

Job Description

As a development leader, you will:

• Lead, drive, and support development and improvement work within healthcare, both operationally and in regional assignments.
• Support and coach managers and leaders in development issues.
• Contribute to knowledge development in improvement work, patient safety, and nursing.
• Work with planning, follow-up, and coordination, as well as conducting surveys and analyses.

Work Group

You will be part of a team of development leaders at one of the healthcare centers, led by the development manager. You will have an organizational affiliation in the Unit for Improvement and Innovation or the Unit for Health and Care Development. We work together with similar assignments throughout the region and have regular meetings for support, collaboration, and knowledge exchange.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• A relevant academic degree or equivalent. Experience in healthcare and an understanding of the organization of care is an advantage.
• Experience in business development within private or public sectors. Experience in nursing issues is an advantage.
• Experience in project management, innovation management, risk analysis, patient safety, and education in improvement knowledge is advantageous.
