The successful group Citira is in an exciting growth phase and is recruiting an accountant for the office in Händelö, Norrköping. The recruitment process is handled by us at Mpya Finance.

Citira operates in the tire industry and offers everything from service and wheel alignment to collection, retreading, and recycling. The group currently has over 700 employees, 52 service facilities, and five retreading factories in the Nordic countries and Poland.

Main Responsibilities

The role of accountant at Citira is broad with variation in daily tasks. You will be part of a wonderful finance team where well-being is prioritized alongside delivering high quality. Here, you will continuously work on developing, streamlining, and improving financial processes in a fast-paced environment. You will report directly to Kristina, who is the Accounting Manager for the tire workshops.

• Accounts receivable and payable
• Ongoing bookkeeping and payments
• Assist with year-end closing
• VAT reporting and taxes
• Monthly reconciliations
• Preparation of various financial reports

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, you have a post-secondary education in finance and have gained a few years of relevant work experience in accounting. You have a good understanding of accounting principles and regulations, and you are highly proficient with systems. You have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.

As a person, you are described as unpretentious, meticulous, and structured with a good ability to drive work forward independently. You care about being a good team player and thrive in a changing environment where your curiosity and proactive attitude come in handy.
