Colmec is the leading distributor of truck and bus tires in Scandinavia and Poland and is part of the Citira Group. They have experienced strong expansion in recent years, and with a growth strategy, they are now further strengthening their finance function with a Financial Controller for the office in Norrköping. Mpya Finance has been tasked with managing the recruitment process.

We are looking for someone motivated by accounting, analysis of financial data, and identifying areas for improvement to make processes more efficient.

Main Responsibilities

As a Financial Controller, you will work in a smaller team and also have close collaboration with the group companies. The role's content is broad, with a delightful mix of accounting, reporting, and support to business managers on various issues.

• Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for Colmec AB
• Ensure accurate accounting in accordance with applicable laws and standards
• Annual report
• Budget
• Conduct revenue, cost, and profitability analyses
• Reporting to group management and business managers
• Contact with external parties such as auditors and authorities

Who are we looking for?

We see that you, who are applying for this position, have a university degree or equivalent in finance. You have several years of relevant work experience in accounting, financial reporting, and independently compile financial statements according to the K3 framework. If you have a background from manufacturing companies, it is an advantage.

Furthermore, you have good system knowledge and are a proficient user of Microsoft Office. If you have experience working in Jeeves and/or AARO, we see that as a plus. You also communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

As the role involves many contact points, you are communicative and pedagogical with the ability to guide colleagues.
