Our client's Treasury & Accounting Services department is a central function with global responsibility for coordinating financial and insurance-related activities within the group. Treasury acts as an internal bank and manages financial risks, flows, and financing, while Accounting Services is responsible for the group's accounting and reporting.

As an accounting assistant, you will be part of the Treasury Operations team and will have a broad role with varying tasks within Back Office and Cash:

• Monitor and manage daily cash flows and transactions
• Assist with payment flows, liquidity forecasts, and accounting
• International payments and currency management
• Account and bank reconciliations
• Certain tasks related to financial settlements
• Participate in improvement projects to develop and streamline processes
• Handle other finance-related issues

In addition to operational work, they value that you actively contribute to the development, standardization, digitization, and streamlining of their processes and system support, always focusing on the overall needs of the business.

To be successful in this role, you need:

• Relevant education in finance or a related field.
• Work experience from a similar role.
• Preferred: Experience with Unit4 ERP (Agresso)
• Preferred: Experience with process improvements and digitization work.
