About the role

As an Accounting Assistant, you will be part of Saab Group Treasury & Accounting Services - a central corporate function with global responsibility for financial activities. Treasury acts as Saab's internal bank and manages financial flows, risks, and financing. Accounting Services is responsible for accounting and reporting.

In this role, you will be part of the Treasury Operations team and work broadly within Back Office and Cash.

Examples of tasks:

Monitor and manage daily cash flows and transactions
Support in payment flows, liquidity forecasts, and accounting
Handle international payments and currency
Perform account and bank reconciliations
Participate in work related to year-end closing
Contribute to improvement projects, digitization, and process development
Handle other finance-related tasks

The work involves both operational tasks and the opportunity to contribute to Saab's ongoing development towards more standardized, digitized, and efficient processes.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

Relevant education in finance or equivalent experience
Preferably experience with Unit4 ERP (Agresso)
Experience in digitization, process improvement, or efficiency is a plus
