JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for preschool assistants for our preschool area, which consists of several preschools, both in the central town and in the outskirts. Here, there is a nice environment close to many green areas and themed playgrounds. The municipality has a variety of both smaller two-group preschools and larger preschools with five to six groups.

Working as a preschool assistant is developing, fun, and flexible. We collaborate across and between departments in our preschools, where you have the opportunity to gain experiences and knowledge that are meritorious. At the preschool, you are part of the start of lifelong learning. Here, we work with a positive view of children and ensure that preschool is fun, safe, and educational for all children. As a preschool assistant, your main task will be to be present in the child group and participate with our children in the planned activities for the day.

As a substitute, you primarily work during the day on weekdays. The workday often starts early, sometimes as early as 6:30 AM, and you are expected to be able to be on site at short notice. QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a degree from the Child and Leisure Program or another education with a pedagogical focus. It is meritorious if you have experience working in preschools.

You must master the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Of course, you have a professional approach to children, guardians, and colleagues. You must have the ability to be flexible as different child groups require different working methods.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities such as good collaboration skills and responsibility.
