Your mission

As a family therapist in Eslöv municipality, you will work closely with children, young people, and their families in need of support and change. You will meet families both in their home environment and in our facilities, focusing on relationships, safety, and development.

Your tasks will include:

• Working therapeutically and supportively with children, young people, and their parents
• Conducting structured conversations, interventions, and follow-ups
• Strengthening parental abilities and communication within the family
• Collaborating with schools and other important stakeholders
• Documenting and following up on interventions according to applicable guidelines

You will be an important part of a context where you are not alone – but work together with competent and engaged colleagues.

Is this you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a social worker or has other qualifications deemed equivalent by the employer
• Has experience working with children and families, which we see as an asset
• Has a professional, safe, and empathetic approach
• Is structured, flexible, and has good collaboration skills
• Has a B driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle, as travel is included in the position

You may be newly graduated – what matters most to us is your willingness to make a difference and develop in the role.
