The Aktiv Ungdom Malmö association is looking for an association assistant for our children and youth activities in Malmö.

Aktiv Ungdom Malmö is one of Malmö's children and youth associations offering courses and leisure activities in dance, musical school, theater, art, design, and more. We have courses on weekday evenings and daytime weekends for children and youth from about 3 years and up. We also have school projects, open/spontaneous activities, holiday activities, and much more. We have several different activity locations in Malmö, including Limhamn, Malmö city, Kirseberg, and other places.

We are looking for someone to work as a host for our course activities, among other things. You will be part of our office and host for both our course and open activities. The job involves being the association's representative outward and being able to inform about the association to parents, schools, and other groups, as well as serving leaders and participants with, for example, both props and directions. You should also be ready to step in as a substitute in our course activities and possibly other activities. You will work closely with other colleagues in the association office.

We are looking for someone who:

• finds it easy to make contact and talk to people from different backgrounds.
• is a social person who can create community and safety for all children and youth, as well as for their parents/adults.
• has the ability to see each individual's needs and opportunities.
• is a person who can be a leader and is not afraid to speak in front of a group, but who is also a team player and works well in a group.
• is self-driven and flexible.
• can lead activities in a group if needed (and preferably has personal experience of being part of an association).
• can express themselves well verbally and in writing.

This position is part-time (about 25%). Working hours may vary and follow the activities, which means they are in the evenings and also on weekends. The position is time-limited until spring 2026 with the possibility of extension. Start date is January 2026. We see it as obvious that this position can be combined with school, university, other work, etc.

We have our own internal training for, among other things, leadership that we would like you to attend if you get a position with us.
