With a wide range of services, we can offer our patients district nurse consultations and specialist clinics in asthma/COPD, diabetes, elderly care, lifestyle, and mindfulness. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone with cognitive behavioral therapy competence to meet our patients' needs. In the role of therapist, you will work with assessment interviews and treatment planning for mental illness/unhealth. You will assist when referrals are made by the assessment team. Follow-up of medication treatment, individual and group support conversations, joint assessment rounds, and team visits with doctors and patients are part of the work. You will also provide training for our patients with anxiety and depression conditions. You will be part of a team consisting of our counselor, patient coordinator, and two psychiatric nurses, and together you will provide care for patients with various forms of mental health issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying are either a licensed psychologist with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare or a counselor with training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), at least step 1 with cognitive behavioral therapy competence. For you who are a psychologist, language proficiency in Swedish at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s level scale is a requirement. If you have further education in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), at least step 1, this is an advantage. If you have experience in primary care, we also see that as an advantage.

As a person, you enjoy variety in your work, focus on your patients, and can quickly adapt when the situation requires it. You also have a strong interest in health-promoting work. We need someone who finds it enjoyable to build the organization around the work at the psychosocial clinic. Furthermore, we value personal qualities such as flexibility, accuracy, structure, and good collaboration skills. We also see that you have a positive attitude towards development work while being secure and independent in your professional role.
