Personal Assistant Wanted for Girl with Developmental Disabilities

Previous experience is desired
We are looking for someone to work as a personal assistant for an 8-year-old girl with developmental disabilities. The work is primarily on Fridays to Sundays and public holidays.
The girl needs help with:
personal hygiene, assistance with eating, dressing and undressing, etc.
You may also accompany the client on various care visits/activities, and you should be flexible.
As a person, you are: responsible, humble, empathetic, meticulous, patient, attentive, reliable, positive, able to work in a team, genuinely interested in helping others, and proficient in Swedish both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have previously worked with children/have care education/experience as a personal assistant.
It is important that the personal chemistry is right.
Requirements: B driver's license/own car.
Criminal record check – request an extract, Extract for work with children with disabilities, before employment begins, and it must be a maximum of 1 year old.
Since we are looking for long-term commitment, we are also willing to review schedules and times that suit all parties together.
