En Frisk Generation aims to prevent ill health, promote more equitable health, and contribute to social participation in the local community. We work based on four themes: food, exercise, sports, and adventure, offering families with children an active leisure time and tools for healthy habits. We are now looking for a new group leader to support the Family Program at Stenkulaskolan.

What: Group Leader '

Where: Malmö, Östra Sorgenfri

When: Wednesdays 16:30-19:30, every other Saturday 12:30 - 14:15

As a group leader, you will be responsible for planning and executing local activities on behalf of and with the support of the local program manager or health coordinator. Your tasks will also include supporting volunteers, arranging fruit, and contributing to local collaboration.

We would like you to have experience working with children, leading groups, and experience in sports, associations, or civil society, or other experience and skills that you believe fit. We believe you are proactive, driven, and good at organizing. You are positive, engaging, see each individual's needs and opportunities, and are good at communicating and creating connections with people from different backgrounds. If you speak more languages than Swedish, it is an advantage.

From us, you will receive training in En Frisk Generations methods and ongoing knowledge and inspiration regarding physical activity, mental health, and nutrition. You will be part of En Frisk Generations team with colleagues in several locations across Sweden.
