Olympia Preschools, which consists of Trädgårdens Preschool and Arenans Sports Preschool, is looking for two passionate and creative preschool teachers who want to work in large teams and contribute to children's development and learning in a safe and stimulating environment.

About Us

We have joint project work based on literature, where language, play, and imaginative creation play a central role.

Job Responsibilities

• Work in a large team to plan, implement, and evaluate educational activities and learning processes, taking into account each teacher's special competencies that benefit the child's development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure a holistic view of children's development and learning.
• Use a flexible approach to meet children's individual needs and create a safe and positive environment.
• Document children's development and learning.

Qualifications

• Are a qualified preschool teacher with certification.
• Work actively for children's development and learning.
• Have a flexible and solution-oriented approach.
• Are a team player who enjoys working in a large team and collaborating closely with colleagues and parents.
• Are responsible, initiative-driven, and have a good demeanor.
• See yourself as a playful, interactive educator who uses play as a key to children's development and learning.
• Have a very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing; multilingualism is considered an asset.
• Have a thoughtful and conscious approach based on the curriculum, school law, and the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
