Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for a teacher for grades F-3 to Augustenborg School!

In this position, you will work at our primary school in a grade work team. You will teach various subjects, and mentorship is included in the role. Together with another qualified teacher, a special education teacher, and a lead teacher, you will teach one of our two classes in grade 2. Together in the work team, you will plan, implement, and follow up on the teaching so that all students achieve the goals in the school subjects.

Qualifications

We are looking for a qualified primary school teacher for grades F-3. It is advantageous to have the qualification to teach Swedish as a second language. The school is working on developing genre pedagogy and Sigma mathematics. It is beneficial if you have knowledge and experience in this area.

You are well-structured and lead yourself in your assignment, and you have an investigative approach to evaluate the effects of your teaching together with colleagues and students. As a person, you are positive, curious, and have an easy time collaborating. In the classroom, you have clear leadership. Based on evidence-based research, you can develop your work and effectively use relevant digital tools with good knowledge and experience.

Augustenborg School is a F-9 school in Malmö's southern inner city with about 750 students. We are a multicultural school with students and staff from all corners of the world.
