We are currently looking for a teacher for the Real Estate Program who will train our students to become property technicians and property managers. You should have documented professional experience in the relevant field and knowledge of the technical systems of properties as well as operation, maintenance, and care.

The assignment involves achieving course goals corresponding to various vocational courses within the Real Estate Program through theoretical and practical presentations and exercises. A teaching degree is desirable and teaching experience is an advantage.

You will act in a way that makes you a role model for the participants, sharing your professional knowledge both theoretically and practically. You will also follow up with students during their internships, APL.

Movant AB works with practical vocational training for adults, skills development, and labor market assignments. On behalf of several municipalities, we conduct practical vocational training for adults.

The job involves teaching, stimulating, and leading our participants in their learning. You will teach both the practical and theoretical parts of the entire program and follow up on the participants' knowledge levels.

You enjoy working in a group and it is important that you have the ability and willingness to develop people by sharing your professional knowledge. We would like you to have experience in teaching or leading work and have good knowledge in the relevant fields, both theoretically and practically.

Examples of courses you will teach include measurement and control technology, property management, property automation, and practical electrical engineering.

Your personality is characterized by good collaboration skills and flexibility. You have the ability to create good relationships with everyone you meet in your work. As an educator, you give participants a strong belief in their abilities to achieve individual and common goals together. You promote a learning and innovative climate and are careful to provide participants with feedback on their results. Quality is an important guiding principle for you.

A driving license (B) is required.
