The role of a substitute teacher in school means seeing the possibilities in every child. In preschool, you will meet children from about 1 year old until they start preschool class. You will work together with preschool teachers, childcare workers, teachers, and special educators. In primary school, you mainly meet students aged 6–16 years. As a substitute in primary school, you are often alone in the classroom and responsible for starting, conducting, and concluding the lesson in a qualitative manner.

You will be part of our substitute pool where we book according to need.

The assignment means that you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work within Burlöv municipality's various preschools, primary schools, and after-school centers. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays during the day. To thrive in this position, you should be okay with being called in at short notice.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You who can work at least two weekdays a week
• You who study at least 50%
• You who are communicative and responsible and used to showing engagement in your work

To fit in the role of a substitute, you should be calm and stable. It is important that you are good at building relationships with children and adults, and you should give a trustworthy impression. As a person, you should have good collaboration skills and clear communication.

To be considered for the position, a background check from the police is required.
