Invoice Administrator

ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of Invoice Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that invoicing to customers is carried out according to given directives, instructions, and agreements. The role involves responsibility for invoicing of completed service work, maintenance of customer portals, and other associated administrative tasks. As an Invoice Administrator, you are also expected to contribute to the development and streamlining of processes. Furthermore, the role involves a broad contact area with customers and service technicians for follow-up and ensuring that invoicing documentation is correct.

The team currently consists of 3 Invoice admins and 2 Contract admins. We see it as very important to be present during the training period; after that, there is the possibility to work remotely 1-2 days a week, according to agreement with your immediate manager.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has a high school education with a focus on finance
  • Has 1-2 years of professional experience in a relevant area or similar role and previous experience working in business systems
  • Has a basic understanding of finance
  • Very good Swedish and good English, both spoken and written
  • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office

It is an advantage if you have a post-secondary education with a focus on finance.

  • Start: Immediately
  • Extent: Full-time
  • Location: Southwestern Skåne, with the possibility to work from home 1-2 days a week
  • Working hours: 8-16.30, with the possibility of flexibility
  • About the assignment: Consulting assignment until June 30, with good opportunities for extension/recruitment provided that you enjoy working together
