Hedbergs Bil is a family-owned business that has been active in the automotive industry since 1896. They have extensive experience and are authorized dealers and service workshops for Peugeot, Citroën, DS, and Ford in Malmö. We are currently in an expansion phase and are looking for a Damage Technician who wants to be part of our continued journey.

About the Role

As a Damage Technician at Hedbergs Bil, you will play an important role in our team. You will be responsible for performing independent repairs of high quality and ensuring that the work follows guidelines and quality standards. Collaboration with colleagues is a given in this role, and we value your contribution to a positive workshop spirit where we collectively achieve our goals. Even if you lack experience with our specific car brands such as Peugeot, Citroën, DS, or Ford, we encourage you to apply anyway – for us, the right attitude and a genuine interest in technology are equally important.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Alignment and replacement of body parts
• Welding and adhesive work in sheet metal, plastic, and glass
• Assembly/disassembly of technical and mechanical equipment
• The work is carried out according to the processes and standards of the general agents with modern tools and equipment

We prefer that you have:

• High school education in automotive or equivalent
• Several years of experience as a damage technician, bodyworker, or repair technician
• Driver's license B and good computer skills
• Experience with brands such as Peugeot, Citroën, DS, and Ford and systems like Kobra is an advantage
