The Social Administration has the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that the residents of Åstorp receive the support and assistance they need to live an independent life. We work with the mission of supporting people towards better living conditions and increased independence. The department is organized into four divisions:

• Individual and Family Services
• Support for Functional Needs
• Care and Nursing Services
• Department's Combined Resources

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a development leader with us, you will play a key role in driving, coordinating, and process-leading operational development. You will work to:

• Support the work to achieve our goals; committee goals, financial goals, quality goals, and work environment goals.
• Lead efforts to increase the department's ability to operate in crises and wars.
• Process-lead initiatives such as care and nursing colleges and coordinate the professional journey.
• Monitor the external environment, summarize, and produce materials such as routines, consultation responses, and writings.
• Be a close support to unit managers and employees in the work to achieve our goals.

The position gives you the opportunity to work cross-sectorally and drive projects that contribute to development in all areas of the social administration.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a university degree.
• Has experience in project management and operational development.
• Has good knowledge of quality work within social services.
• Has experience in leading development processes and transitions.
• Is analytical and can process and analyze data, for example, results from measurements of municipal social services.

Knowledge of legislation within the social administration's mission, as well as training in process or project management, is meritorious.
