Do you enjoy talking to people on the phone? Are you quick on the keys and able to chat and write emails with customers? Are you solution-oriented, empathetic, and driven to make customers happy, motivated by helping people, providing excellent service, and solving problems? Then we have the right position for you at our support center in Malmö! There, we assist customers via phone, chat, and email with their hosting solutions, technical issues, and everything that may arise for a user trying to create a place on the Internet with a website, email, and domain.
At one.com, our customer contact is our highest priority, and we work hard to always provide world-class support and customer service, ensuring that even in a highly competitive market, our customers feel they have everything they need and more. And now we need to expand our team with a new support agent for the Swedish side of the market at our office in Glasvasen; right next to Malmö Central.

Responsibilities and who we are looking for
As mentioned, we want to give our customers a world-class experience when they contact us for support. It’s not just about solving the problem; it’s about exceeding the customer’s expectations and understanding the value of empathy, understanding, and personality. Your most important task will be to receive customers via phone, chat, and email to assist them with various technical (and sometimes less technical) issues, as well as ensuring that the customer you are speaking with has the right package, the right products, and is not missing anything from us.

- You can speak and write in English (as we are a company with many nationalities and offices in different parts of the world, most internal communication is in English)

- Experience in customer service, support, or sales is a plus but not a requirement

We offer
A full-time position in a large company within the hosting and domain industry that is moving forward rapidly, where you will be part of a warm team that all work together to exceed expectations. You will work in Glasvasen right by Malmö Central. The work hours are between 08-18 (7.5 hours per day) on weekdays. Work on weekends and public holidays may occur.
We offer a hybrid work model, but during the first months of your employment, you will work 100% in the office to ensure thorough training and introduction.

The minimum gross salary for this position is 26,000 SEK for 37.5 hours/week. Actual compensation can be above this, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
