Here, we assist customers via chat, email, and phone with their web hosting solutions, technical issues, and anything that may arise for a user trying to establish a presence on the internet with a website, email, and domain.

Responsibilities and who we are looking for

As mentioned, we want to give our customers a world-class experience when they contact us for support. Your main task will be to receive customers via chat, email, and phone to assist them with all sorts of technical (and sometimes less technical) issues and to ensure that the customer you are speaking with has the right package, the right products, and isn’t missing anything from us.

  • You can speak and write in English (as we are a company with many nationalities and offices in different parts of the world, most of our internal communication is in English)
  • Technical understanding and knowledge of WordPress at user and admin level
  • Experience in customer service, support, or sales is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Patient, able to handle stress, and good at adapting to changes
  • Goal-oriented “winner” driven by exceeding common expectations
  • Good ability to take feedback and coaching to develop
  • Customer-focused with a strong desire to help
  • Flexible and able to think outside the box
  • Positive and “glass is half full” attitude
  • Basic IT skills
  • Strong willingness to learn
  • Humble

Practical information

The position is full-time with 37.5 hours per week. Your working hours will be scheduled on a weekly basis with 7.5 hours each day, excluding lunch, and in some cases, you are expected to work on weekends. The starting salary will be SEK 26,000 per month with the possibility of starting as soon as possible!

We offer a hybrid working model, but for the first few months of your employment, you will work 100% in the office to ensure thorough training and introduction.

You will be working at our office in Glasvasen, right by Malmö Central.
