Emploid is looking for a technical administrator in Master Data for a reputable company with an international profile. Our client is an international company operating in the packaging industry. The position is a consulting assignment with employment at Emploid.

About the Position

As an administrator, you will provide support regarding the purchasing process of technical components. The work is conducted on a global level where your team's task is to keep master data updated. More specifically, your tasks will include:

-       Receiving requests to enter component items in SAP

-       Classifying components based on dimensions, capacity, weight, etc.

-       Categorizing components based on item numbers and classifications to update master data

-       Searching for information related to the components, which may also involve contacting suppliers

About You

To succeed in the role of technical administrator, you should be able to quickly understand new tasks that require attention to detail. We prefer that you have a technical background where you have encountered technical components. The tasks involve searching for information, so you need to work focused and meticulously to categorize the components correctly in the system. You thrive in a role that involves close collaboration and continuously work to improve your and your team's performance. Additionally, the following is required:

- Experience in administration, preferably within Master Data

- Experience working in a business system, SAP is an advantage

- Very good knowledge of the Office suite

- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Start: Immediately

Location: Lund

Scope: Full-time, consulting assignment

Working hours: Office hours, possibility to work from home 2 days/week

Salary: According to agreement
