Are you a lawyer ready to make a difference? We need more lawyers who can think creatively and contribute to the development of Försäkringskassan. We are a total of 6 process leaders in the Department of Sickness Insurance, located in Stockholm and Malmö. We are now developing our operations and need to expand our team.

Negotiations, legal issues, feedback As a process leader in the Department of Sickness Insurance, you represent Försäkringskassan in social insurance cases in administrative courts and administrative courts of appeal. In collaboration with the department's legal experts, you appeal to the Supreme Administrative Court. The work involves both written handling and oral negotiations in administrative courts. As a process leader, you participate in various preparations of referrals. You also work with feedback to different operational areas within Försäkringskassan.

In the role of process leader, you handle confidential information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high level of security awareness.

We are looking for someone who

  • has a law degree
  • is notary qualified or has equivalent competence, for example, other experience from court or from review and/or appeal processes within government agencies
  • has good collaboration skills and can act on their own initiative
  • is proactive and takes responsibility for results with high quality
  • has a systematic and meticulous working method
  • can understand and analyze complex issues
  • communicates clearly, distinctly, and structured.

It is advantageous if you

  • have current experience of court processes in social insurance cases
  • have good knowledge of administrative procedural law and social insurance law.

Other A position, permanent, full-time, with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable.
