The Anderslöv Health Center is located in completely new premises. We are a well-functioning unit where we have the patient in focus, and our staff group is stable with high competence and well-established routines. We work with a team-based approach where all professions collaborate and together create the best for our patients. The health center is divided into three teams, and twice a week, the team gathers to discuss current patient cases that require input from different professions. These team rounds provide added value not only for our patients but also for our staff group. Team collaboration brings joy to work, knowledge enhancement, and an opportunity to share the care burden that complex cases can bring.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of specialist physician, you will work with regular medical consultations at the health center. Your work will also include responsibility for patients with interventions under the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL), such as special housing or patients in regular housing. This involves collaboration with the municipality's nurses and sometimes home visits to these patients. As ST doctors are a natural part of our operations, we hope you have an interest in mentoring training doctors.

The physician group is well-knit and supports each other, so even if you are a newly qualified specialist physician, you can feel secure.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed physician with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. You have specialist competence in general medicine and language skills in Swedish that correspond to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale. If you have mentoring training and/or experience in leading training doctors, it is an advantage.
