Hello;

My name is Lina and I work as a nurse at Bunkeflogården. I am looking for a colleague who wants to work with me at a very pleasant residence. Bunkeflogården is a dementia care home. There are 34 patients at the residence for whom you and I are responsible. In addition to being responsible for our patients, we have a leading role in nursing work, and we work together with nursing staff. Our operations manager is also a nurse who understands our work and provides great support.

At the residence, there are two group leaders with whom we collaborate closely. The group leaders are the immediate supervisors for the nursing staff, and the operations manager is our immediate supervisor. The rehab team (occupational and physiotherapist) is also part of our organization.

Job Description

I am now looking for a colleague who finds this role enjoyable and stimulating. I would like you to have experience in elderly care and similar assignments. If you are also a district nurse, we consider that an advantage.

• Permanent position is between 80 and 100 %
• Working hours are Monday to Friday
• Start date to be agreed upon

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse or district/elderly nurse, have professional experience, and an interest in elderly care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating nursing staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated to work with your colleagues to create high-quality care for those living with us.

At our residences, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for the residents, but you are also the one who makes assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more healthcare interventions at a specialized level are taking place at the residence. This provides you with a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks.
