We are looking for summer substitute home care coordinators for ordinary housing. We are located throughout Malmö, and our units are Arenan, Bulltofta, Kalkbrottet, Katrinetorp, and Kungsparken. The units consist of different sections that work towards parts of the area.

Job Responsibilities

As a home care coordinator, you have an overall perspective and are responsible for the daily coordination within the home care area. You are responsible for the daily planning of the client's approved services in close collaboration with other employees in the area. You work closely with the home care group's nursing assistants and caregivers and have a close collaboration with the section manager.

The planning of the client's services takes place in the operational system Lifecare planning. You will also work with absence planning and ensure short-term staffing in close collaboration with the section manager. Additionally, you will have contact with clients, relatives, and other internal and external actors.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a three-year upper secondary education. If you have also studied the health and care program or another education with a focus on logistics, this is an advantage.

You have experience in care work and have worked in an administrative or coordinating role, such as a planner. If you have also worked with administration within healthcare or another profession that has given you system experience, we consider this an advantage.

As a home care coordinator, you are part of a larger context together with other professional groups both externally and internally, and therefore you need to be communicative and have good collaboration skills. You have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions. You are also expected to have the ability to structure your work as you will handle several ongoing tasks simultaneously. Required qualities for the role include being stress-resistant and flexible as well as solution-focused.

You have digital competence, which means it is natural for you to use the computer as a working tool and aid, while you also have the willingness and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new programs and systems. The position requires good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have a driver's license.
