Your role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing professional customer service by conducting hearing tests and adjusting hearing aids at the assigned unit as a Licensed Audiologist.

You have a good ability to convey facts and information in an easily understandable way to our customers. Therefore, it is important that you have a high sense of service, can handle a hectic everyday life, and can be flexible when sudden changes occur in the day's schedule.

As a Licensed Audiologist at AudioNova, you will work with the entire rehabilitation process in the form of hearing assessments, needs evaluations, and fittings of hearing aids and other technical aids. The work requires a high sense of service as well as the ability to be flexible and structured. It is also important to be able to prioritize and work towards both personal and common goals. Audiological knowledge as well as a good understanding of the relationship between audiology, products, and service is the foundation of the work. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and receive support from competent colleagues.

Examples of tasks

  • Conduct hearing tests and evaluate the customer's specific needs.
  • Inform the customer and collaboratively choose the best solution for a rehabilitation plan.
  • Adjust and set hearing aids and any technical equipment according to the customer's needs.
  • Deliver high service throughout the rehabilitation process.
  • Opportunity to participate in the training of students (by agreement).
  • Ensure that all processes and tasks are performed according to AudioNova's and the authorities' standards and guidelines.
  • Actively participate in the measures proposed by the RSM or headquarters, e.g., process improvements.

About you

We see that you have a good understanding of how people absorb knowledge and that you independently take responsibility, plan, and organize your work to drive it forward effectively. Furthermore, you have a calm and stable demeanor, even in more stressful situations.

As we are part of a global corporation, we see that you are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have a license approved by the National Board of Health and Welfare after completing your Audiology education.

Additionally, experience with rehabilitative methods is an asset.
