About Us:

Oceanhamnen Health Center is a growing healthcare facility located in the heart of Helsingborg. We strive to provide person-centered care of the highest quality and work closely with our patients to promote health and well-being. We are now looking for a dedicated and competent district nurse who wants to be part of our team.

Your Responsibilities:

As a district nurse with us, you will have a varied and stimulating role with responsibilities including:

Reception work and telephone advice
Preventive healthcare and follow-up of chronic diseases.
Collaboration with doctors, physiotherapists, and other professionals to provide person-centered care.
Participation in quality development and improvement work within the health center.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse with specialist training in district nursing. You have a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. Experience in primary care is an advantage. We also view positively if you have further training in areas such as diabetes care or other relevant fields.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
