Welcome to Capio Vårdcentral Broby! We are the small healthcare center with a big heart. You can reach us by bus, or if you come by car, there is free parking available. We are a cheerful team of 20 people caring for approximately 5,650 registered patients – today and throughout their lives.

Our daily work is varied, and we collaborate as a team around our patients. We respect and support each other, and we know that our differences help us grow – both in our professional roles and as individuals. Our workgroup is secure and stable, with close cooperation among the different professions. We work together, and you can expect great support from the medical team and other colleagues - you are never alone with us! We have a rotating schedule with days off distributed throughout the period.

Your tasks will be diverse and will include telephone advice, chat, district nurse reception, assessment of acute patients, and specialist reception. The work is largely independent, which means being able to make your own assessments and decisions.

In our unit, we work daily with joint assessments where you, as a nurse, together with the doctor and other professionals, assess the patients.

We are looking for a licensed district nurse with a few years of experience. You are confident in both person and profession and have a patient-focused working method. Previous experience in a healthcare center is an advantage. You are meticulous in your work, have the ability to be flexible, and can adjust your pace and working methods according to what each situation requires. We value teamwork and the ability to take initiative. As a person, you are clear and trustworthy, with a good ability to structure and prioritize. You are engaged and careful to always maintain high quality in your work.
