JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse in Kristianstad Municipality, you will have overall responsibility for patients with various diagnoses and care needs. In your role, you will work both independently and in interdisciplinary teams alongside nursing assistants and rehabilitation staff. As a nurse with us, you have the opportunity to independently plan how your workweek will look based on the needs of patients and the organization.

Weekend, evening/day shifts with the possibility of only evening shifts are available.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse and would prefer you to have experience working in municipal health and medical care. Since communication and documentation are part of the job, we want you to have good computer skills and express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written. A valid driver's license (B) is required.

Your personal qualities are very important to us, and we are looking for someone who has a good ability to communicate, promote a good work environment, and work both independently and in a team. You can create and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally, and you collaborate well with people in various contexts and functions. Furthermore, you should be able to prioritize and plan while also having the ability to quickly adapt to the needs of the organization for the day.

OTHER

The operations of the Care Administration are aimed at the elderly and individuals who need functional support, as well as those requiring home care. The operations are functionally divided into four areas: support in ordinary housing, support in care homes, health and medical care, and functional support. The administration also includes the authority unit, national gymnasium, and assistive technology center in Eastern Skåne.
