Support Assistant Wanted

We are looking for a support assistant with a strong commitment to promoting independence and quality of life for our users within LSS.

Your Mission

In the role of support assistant, you will ensure that the services in the individual's implementation plan are planned, executed, evaluated, and developed as needed. You will also work with daily documentation in the Life Care system.

We are looking for someone who is confident in change management, adaptive, persistent, and innovative. We would like you to have experience working with autism, clear pedagogical methods, and care.

Working within LSS means supporting the individual by guiding, structuring, and motivating them in their daily life. The services may vary based on the individual's needs. The work can include everything from simple daily support such as planning the week, managing the household, and accompanying on leisure activities to more extensive support in meeting basic needs.

In some cases, you will perform delegated health and medical care tasks.

Your Experience

You should have relevant upper secondary education from the child and leisure program, focusing on social work, educational work, or the health and care program with a vocational outcome in disabilities or psychiatry, or another education deemed equivalent by the employer.

Meritorious:

• Previous experience working with people with functional and work variations.
• Experience with the low-arousal approach.
