The Husie Health Center, with its 12,000 registered patients, is located in eastern Malmö and has good public transport connections. Husie is a quiet area with a mixed population, with a slightly higher proportion of elderly patients. For this reason, we started our elderly reception. The health center includes the child health centers Granbacken and Nallen, as well as three nursing homes and 17 LSS accommodations. We have about 50 engaged and positive employees distributed across several different professional categories with diverse competencies. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a curator, you will be part of our psychosocial team. Our competencies reflect what a modern health center should offer. Together, we provide good care regarding mild to moderate mental health issues.

With us, you will be offered a developing job with friendly colleagues. Your tasks include assessment and treatment work, both individually and in groups. You will also provide social support in contact with authorities and similar. As a curator, you are active in our rehabilitation team. In your daily work, you will collaborate with doctors, psychologists, nurses, medical secretaries, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

We offer regular high-quality supervision and a space and responsiveness to influence working methods and teamwork.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have a recognized social work degree and are a licensed health and medical care curator with permission to operate within Swedish healthcare. Additionally, you have previous experience working as a curator. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are a requirement. It is advantageous if you have work experience in psychosocial treatment work, crisis and grief processing, and/or rehabilitation coordination. Furthermore, it is beneficial for the position if you are trained/knowledgeable in CBT and/or ACT. If you have also worked with I-CBT, that is an advantage.
