We are now looking for a personal assistant for a customer living in a house in Skanör with parents and a sister. The woman has a physical and intellectual disability, is wheelchair-bound, and needs help with everything in her daily life.

You who are applying should be a woman and have good patience. It is important that you are resourceful and engaged. Furthermore, we believe that you as a person are positive and passionate about helping others. We place great importance on you being the right fit for this customer. It is important for the customer and the family that you can work independently according to established routines and focus on the customer at all times.

To thrive in the role of personal assistant, some experience with people with disabilities, preferably both physical and intellectual, may help. However, personal suitability and a willingness to make a difference are the most important qualities we are looking for.

Your tasks will include helping the customer with everything from feeding, hygiene, and training to enabling her to participate in everyday life.

The work is to start as soon as possible and is primarily scheduled for three afternoons/evenings a week and every other Saturday. Approximately 17 hours a week.
