Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a leisure leader placed in grade 2. Your responsibilities include supporting and motivating students, both at group and individual levels. During school hours, you will collaborate in the classroom and take responsibility for the students during breaks. As a leisure leader, you contribute to the educational work at the leisure center with the aim of stimulating and challenging students' development and learning. You work based on the students' needs and conditions and design activities within the goals of the operation. You help provide students with a meaningful leisure time and promote diverse contacts, social community, and strengthen group relationships.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a leisure leader education at folk high school level or equivalent pedagogical education. Experience working as a leisure leader, particularly in schools, or as a teaching assistant is considered an advantage.

Elinelund School is located in a developing district in the southern parts of Malmö.
