JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities involve handling cases related to financial assistance. You will investigate and decide on the right to financial assistance according to the Social Services Act. Large parts of the case management process are conducted digitally. Together with your clients and our partners, you will work towards the goal of helping clients become self-sufficient.

Other job responsibilities include investigating cases related to domestic violence, managing applications for social housing contracts, and collaborating with our labor market unit and other authorities to ensure individuals receive the right support.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or a social work student who has completed their internship term. Alternatively, a higher education degree that the employer considers equivalent.

It is a requirement that you are knowledgeable about social services legislation and have experience in social work. You should also have a genuine interest in working with people in need of help and support.

To succeed in this role, you should be meticulous and structured in your work approach, have good collaboration skills, and be able to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.

If you have experience working with financial assistance, investigations, and authority exercise, as well as experience collaborating with other authorities through internships or previous work, we consider this an advantage.

Preferred:
Experience with the journal system Combine.
