Within the authority/open care department, you will have colleagues who work with authority exercises across the entire social services responsibility area and with open care directed towards children, families, and adults. You will also have colleagues working at the Family House. We are a department with a strong focus on development and improvement work, and we are currently fully engaged in the transition to the new social services law, and we certainly expect you to be part of that journey. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a new colleague in open care. In the unit, we are 15 people working with both services granted by social workers and non-grant services. Your focus will primarily be to work with younger children aged 0-10 years and their families, but treatment work directed towards older children and adults without children is also one of your tasks. With us, you will have the opportunity to work with cases that interest you a little extra, but you also need to be open to taking on new challenges and daring to step outside your comfort zone. The needs of the municipal residents who require social services assistance to achieve a reasonable standard of living will guide your work. We are looking for you who are a team player and share your knowledge with your colleagues.

As a family therapist, you will work with psychosocial change work together with children, adolescents, their families, and other important people for the family. We work according to evidence-based treatment methods and approaches. You will work in assessed services from our authority - children, youth & family as well as adults. We also work non-grant with, among other things, advice and support conversations as well as parent support groups and support groups for children. We focus on ensuring that the individuals we work with feel secure at home and therefore shape our working methods accordingly. The preventive perspective is important to us, and we expect you to contribute to this. You will work closely with the family, both with practical change work in their home and treatment conducted through conversations at the social services office, support group activities, and in collaboration with other actors such as schools, preschools, psychiatry, and more.

Documentation is done in Journal Digital. As an employee with us, you are expected to actively participate in the development of new routines or working methods.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the position, you need to be a social worker, treatment educator, social educator, or have another education that the employer deems equivalent. We would like you to have additional training such as Marte Meo, Step 1 in CBT, interaction and attachment methodology, and experience working with people who have neuropsychiatric disabilities and intellectual disabilities.

You are proactive and identify areas for development and take the initiative for improvements based on emerging needs and demands. In your work, you take a holistic approach, have good planning skills, but it does not hinder you from being flexible. You have the ability to create and maintain good relationships with both the individuals you meet in your work and your colleagues and other collaborators. You have good knowledge of documentation within your field of work and find it natural to document your work and work towards set goals and deadlines. You have an interest and understanding of change processes.

Since travel is required in the position, you need to have a valid driver's license.
