Are you passionate about helping others grow and develop? If so, you might be the new job coach we are looking for at our facility in Helsingborg.

Conexi conducts employment preparation activities for adults on the autism spectrum, including collaboration with IKEA. The focus is on individual development and the opportunity for independence. We now need to expand our team in Helsingborg and are looking for a job coach for our employment preparation activities at Conexi.

Together with your colleagues, you will plan the activities and support the employees during their workday. The goal is to provide them with the tools and strategies they need for a developing and independent work life.

The activities are conducted at IKEA Helsingborg, where employees have the opportunity to try different work areas and tasks. As a job coach, you will work alongside the employees and IKEA staff. A strong focus is placed on individual development and the opportunity for independence. All work is individually structured. We actively work together with evaluation, goal follow-up, and a clear vision for the future.

Your tasks will include mapping the employees' resources and needs to find suitable work tasks. The position also involves mapping work tasks for the employees at IKEA. The purpose is to create strategies and tools for a developing and sustainable work life. You will also seek new business placements in the labor market and support the employees in transition, introduction, establishment, and continued long-term follow-up at companies. The work is carried out based on the individual's wishes and needs, which requires the ability to adapt and change continuously.

Qualifications for the position:

Experience with autism spectrum disorders.

Education as a support pedagogue, social pedagogue, occupational therapist, or in social work is desirable, or alternatively, good professional experience in the field.

Experience working with the target group within neuropsychiatric diagnoses is an advantage.

It is advantageous if you have good experience with documentation in digital systems and familiarity with the Office suite.

You have the ability to plan and carry out your work independently but in collaboration with employees, colleagues, IKEA, the business community, and authorities. You are motivated by working in processes, achieving set goals, and contributing to people's development. As a person, you are proactive, independent, solution-focused, and responsible.

Indefinite with immediate start.

Full-time position, 100% daytime. Weekday work, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends.
