The Ystad Health Center is a well-functioning health center located in central Ystad. Here, there are excellent transport links by both public transport and car. We have a broad competence in health and medical care where we meet the patient's needs in several different areas. Furthermore, we actively work with preventive care to strengthen health and encourage patients to take responsibility for their lifestyle and health.

About 70 employees work at the health center, all striving to provide the best care to our patients. We offer a complete primary care service where nurses, district nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nursing assistants, dietitians, social workers, and psychologists collaborate with the patient at the center. The health center also has several training positions in different professional categories. Many employees have worked here for several years, while we also have a number of newer employees. This mix is a good and creative combination of experience and innovation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are a well-functioning team, and as a district nurse with us, you have a central role at the clinic. We strive to always meet patients according to their needs and, with our combined competence, help them in the best way possible. We offer you a varied job with opportunities for development.

In the role of district nurse, in addition to your own clinic work, you will also handle telephone advice, 1177-direct, 1177-e-services, and other tasks related to district nurse/nurse duties.

As a new employee, we offer a good introduction, and there are also good opportunities for you to develop in your professional role. We staff the evening and weekend clinic at the Ystad Health Center, together with the health centers in Skurup, Sjöbo, Tomelilla, and Brösarp, with nurses/district nurses, doctors, and nursing assistants.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying are a licensed nurse, have further education as a district nurse, and have the authorization to work within Swedish healthcare. Furthermore, you have language skills in Swedish that correspond to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale. It is an advantage if you have previously worked as a nurse, but it is not a requirement. We welcome both newly graduated and experienced district nurses.

The person we are looking for is confident and flexible in their professional role and comfortable working both independently and together with colleagues from different professional categories. You strive to ensure that all our patients receive a good reception and professional care.
