About the Role and Your Responsibilities

You will work with teaching students on-site and guide students in flexible learning.

You will follow up on students' work-based learning. You are responsible for planning, implementing, systematically quality assuring, and developing the education. You will work with assessment, grading, and documentation. You may also work with validating students' knowledge. You have a strong commitment to learning and the development of professional skills within healthcare and social care, and you encourage students to participate. You pay attention to the individual needs of the students and show care for them. We work based on science and proven experience.

We Are Looking For You

We want you to have relevant higher education in the field. It is an advantage if you have a vocational teacher's degree with the authority to teach in the healthcare and social care program and/or if you have a nursing degree. Other qualifications that may give you the authority to teach in the healthcare and social care program are also advantageous.

It is advantageous if you have taught as a teacher in the healthcare and social care program. Likewise, if you have experience in adult education.

About the Workplace

Komvux in Lund offers education in SFI, adapted education, apprenticeship training, basic and upper secondary courses, vocational training, and combination training. We have teaching facilities at Gastelyckan in Lund and at Campus Vipan. We work to develop our school based on the needs of the students. At Komvux Lund, we have a Learning Center, Kompassen, where students are offered support to succeed in their studies. We are Erasmus accredited, and every year staff have the opportunity to participate in job shadowing, courses, and collaborations with adult education institutions in Europe.
