We need to strengthen our team for the season with a COOK

We are now looking for a cook who can help us continue to develop and be one of Sweden's best golf restaurants where we serve really good food with great service in beautiful premises and surroundings.

The employment is for the 2025 season running from April to October. Our restaurant has 80 seats plus outdoor seating. During the day we serve lunch and in the evenings a two-course dinner menu to our approximately 6500 overnight guests. Between lunch service and the evening menu, we serve a simpler bar menu.

You will have the support of our head chef who is responsible for planning and purchasing.

Who are we looking for?

· You need to be able to work independently in the kitchen

· Ensuring that the guest is always the focus is a given for you

· We are looking for someone who is positive and an engaged team player who wants to go the extra mile for our guests

· Handling stress is not a problem for you

· We appreciate “order and tidiness” so you can keep many balls in the air and are structured

· It is an advantage if you have worked with similar tasks before

· Fluent in Swedish or English

You will work together with a tight-knit team that loves to provide service and ensure that all our members and guests feel comfortable. The restaurant plays a central role in the facility and is the hub for much. We work closely together to create high presence for a good product and wholeheartedly strive to continuously refine and develop the facility.

You will be scheduled for 40 hours/week with every third weekend off. Working hours will be scheduled both days and evenings.

At Skyrup Golf & Hotel, we have an 18-hole golf course with associated training areas where the beautiful nature and the renowned fine and fast greens are our signature. The facility also includes a hotel with 78 beds. In addition, there are good conference facilities and a golf shop. All parts are run in-house. As part of our team, you are part of the entire operation.
