Waiter with Head Waiter Responsibilities 85% Permanent.

Sundsgården is located in a picturesque area overlooking Öresund. We are one of Sweden's largest folk high schools and have been running a well-renowned Hotel & Conference facility for over 30 years. We continue to grow and now need to strengthen our team with a knowledgeable colleague who will take responsibility in the evenings.

We expect you to have a high level of service and enjoy working with people. You should be structured and have an easy time collaborating, but also be able to work independently. You need to handle busy periods, but also manage when things are a bit quieter. Sometimes you will be working with others during a shift, and sometimes you will be on your own.

Your job includes welcoming our guests and ensuring they receive the best service. It is your responsibility to plan for the evening and manage the other staff working during the shift.

Working hours may vary. However, primarily evening shifts, but daytime work may occur. Weekend work is also included.

The position is 85%, but there is an opportunity to get more hours if needed.
