We are now looking for staff to work in the cold kitchen during the summer. Both lunch and evening shifts involve plating dishes and passing them over to the hot side, as well as preparing salads, sauces, dips, and prepping for the evening service. You will work in a small team where you need to be able to collaborate, be stress-resistant, solve any problems, and be self-sufficient.
