We are looking for someone to take on a key role at Tryggsam where you will be responsible for everything from purchasing to supplier contacts. As a person, you are an energetic joy spreader, and it comes naturally to you to contribute to the everyday well-being as our own Mood Manager.

In your role, you will:

Administrative & office management

• Be responsible for purchasing, supplier contacts, and inventory of office supplies
• Receive and staff the reception, handle mail, report issues, and manage office maintenance
• Coordinate meetings: book rooms, prepare materials, plan and order refreshments
• Support colleagues with various administrative tasks and customer service-related matters
• Be responsible for two (2) offices - based at the headquarters, with regular efforts at the office in Alvik

Mood Management & workplace joy

• Initiate mood-enhancing activities, both small and large
• Plan and drive events, afterworks, breakfasts, kick-offs, and other social elements
• Work on details that make the workplace inviting and safe, and identify areas for improvement
• Act as Mood Manager: detect moods, proactively act to improve the work environment

We are looking for someone who has

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in a similar role within administration & office management
• Swedish language skills, both spoken and written (mandatory)
• Driver's license B (required)
• Ability to drive projects independently – you take responsibility and deliver
• Flexibility in tasks
• An outgoing personality, with energy, creativity, and a desire to influence the workplace atmosphere

Meritorious:

• Experience working with budgets for events, activities, and purchases
