We are now looking for documentation consultants.

You will play a key role in receiving and quality-assuring technical documentation from large construction projects, in an organization that is experiencing strong growth and change.

About the assignment

You will be part of a management unit that works with technical facility information. The assignment involves close collaboration with project organizations and documentation managers within construction projects, where you are responsible for receiving and reviewing technical documentation.

You will plan, coordinate, and follow up on deliveries, ensuring that they meet the established requirements for quality, structure, and format. The role is important for creating order, quality, and efficiency in a growing business.

Examples of tasks

Coordinate and plan the receipt of final documentation from projects to management

Develop delivery plans in dialogue with project managers and documentation managers

Quality review drawings and documentation according to formal requirements

Manage information in document management systems

Participate in planning meetings and development of processes, checklists, and routines

Contribute to improving data quality and standardization in documentation

We are looking for someone who

Has experience in technical documentation, facility information, or information management in a project environment

Has a good understanding of documentation flows in construction, electrical, energy, or infrastructure projects

Is structured, quality-conscious, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Thrives in a coordinating role with many points of contact

Communicates clearly and collaborates well with various stakeholders
