Right now, there is a unique opportunity to complete your LIA 2 in our internal payroll department! Here you will have the chance to work closely with our experienced payroll consultants and gain a deeper understanding of the entire payroll process - from registering time reports to payroll disbursements and reporting to authorities. You will gain practical experience with various systems and tools used in payroll administration, as well as insights into how to handle complex payroll issues and comply with current laws and agreements. Examples of tasks you will undertake during your internship with us:

• Participate in ongoing payroll work, including handling time reports and expenses.
• Apply and interpret collective agreements in payroll calculations.
• Provide support to employees and managers on payroll-related issues.
• Gain insight into what it is like to work as an internal payroll consultant in a growing company.
• Assist in the accounting of salaries and vacation liabilities.

We are looking for someone who is:

• A student in a YH program in payroll with a planned LIA 2 full-time for at least six to eight weeks
• A communicative team player with a good sense of service
• Team-oriented and interested in systems
• Detail-oriented and able to see both the details and the big picture
• Fluent in Swedish and with good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)

Hello from the internal payroll department!

We who work with internal payroll are named Fanny and Jeanette! 

Fanny has been with us since December 2024 and has worked with payroll for about four years. She has a great grasp of everything from vacation calculations to payroll runs and always does it with a smile!

Jeanette joined us in March 2025 but has been in the payroll industry since 2017. She is our structure queen who loves order and tidiness, and has an eye for details that ensures schedules and expenses align every time.

We are a small but very wonderful team that works closely together, both with each other and with our fantastic finance team and HR. With us, we help each other, bounce questions, share laughs, and ensure that payroll is processed correctly every month.
